Our Intake Approach
We promise to deliver of services with care, understanding, and impeccably.
Interview with Caregivers
Our provider visits your home to observe your child and gather data for the assessment. They may ask questions to better understand your child's learning style and accomplishments.
Observation and Assessment
The provider conducts individualized, specific tests based on the initial observation & the number therapy programs we provide, with multiple sessions scheduled to allow your child to become comfortable with the assessor.
Treatment Plan Development
The provider creates a tailored Treatment Plan based on the various methodologies we employ, which is submitted to your insurance company or other funding source for approval.
Therapy Team
While waiting for funding approval, a specialized therapy team based on individualized therapy programs is formed, and once approved, the team contacts you to set up a schedule for a review. We'll work with you on your individualized plan to further improve it over time.
Behavioral Services
Home-Based ABA Program (CT)
Developing individualized treatment goals to help build new skills or decrease challenging or problematic behaviors.
Social Skills Groups (CT)
Exposing children and adolescents to social environments, allowing them to practice essential social skills.
Achievement Day Clinic (CT)
Individualized clinic-based services delivered 1:1 and in groups focused on improving independence and quality of life.
School Contracts (CT)
Creative Interventions partners with CT school districts to provide the information and skills needed to carry out our strategies and develop academic programming and behavior interventions.
