Presented by ASCONN. This is a great opportunity for the kids and parents to socialize!   There will be lots of puzzles, prizes and free food! The event is free and there’s no need to register! 100% of the proceeds stay within Connecticut to help families. The funds are used for orientation and social skill programs and their mini-grant program which gives to families by way of grants to use for safety items. 5th Annual Halloween Party at the Jump Zone

Walk Now For Autism Speaks 2011

Creative Interventions’ team – Brilliant Pieces -  participated in the 2011 Walk Now for Autism event held Sunday, June 5th at Rentschler Field in East Hartford.  Approximately 75 participants including Creative Interventions staff and client families helped to raise over $4,500 for Autism Speaks.  Donations help fund research and participation also raises awareness about the increasing prevalence of autism and the need for increased research funding to combat this complex disorder.

Creative Interventions had an information table at the resource fair as well as a balloon artist from Puttin on the Ritz to make balloon hats and animals for the children.

Winter Sing-a-long

Music, food, games, crafts and fun was had at our first annual winter sing-a-long in East Granby.

Charity Drive

Charity Drive for Mercy Housing and Shelter Corp. They are a non-profit organization who responds to the needs of those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless by providing food, housing, shelter, and education. Many useful and needed donations were colelcted from employees, clients, family and friends to help this great organization.
